The reason why the fuel pressure guage is so expensive compared to others is because it is electrical. Mechanical guages are much cheaper....around $50. They no longer make a mechanical FP that can be brought inside the cabin. They don't make the special sender anymore. This is due to safety reasons. Get the electronic full sweep fuel pressure guage. It's important to know your fuel pressure as well as to see if there is a drop in pressure at higher rpms. It may just save your engine.
